Welcome to the performing arts element of this website – the reviews. The three main collections that can be found in this section are film reviews, music reviews and television reviews.

The film reviews are written on those recently released films that I have gotten a chance to see. That being said, these are few and far between most of the time, as I don’t often make it to the cinema.

The term “music review” is a bit of an umbrella term for my opera, ballet, orchestral, recital, and generic concert reviews. These are by far the most common of the three types of reviews that you will find on this site, as I do attend quite a few concerts and recitals.

Finally there are the television reviews. These will come whenever I decide that I want to review a programme or a series. My first TV review was of Simon Schama’s documentary series The Story of the Jews.
